Bed linen can be left unmade if used.
Please empty the fridge and place all rubbish into the large outside rubbish bin.
Please avoid cooking food with distinctive or strong smell.
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit. Penalty of P1000 applies.
As per the residences rule hanging of washings are not allowed in the balcony area. Penalty applies.
Please be aware this is NOT A PARTY HOUSE. It is important to respect our neighbouring units, and it's important to be mindful of excessive noise especially after 10 pm.
We also expect that you respect our unit and treat it like it is your own and report any spill, damage, even if it’s minor. We need to know so we can fix it for future guests.
