A 30sq meter condo unit, quite bigger than the usual size with complete facilities to make your stay more comfortable. It is located at 10th floor of Tower 4 which is just opposite of Grace Mall. Your neighbors are the one across and on the left side only.

Note:
Swimming pool is free to use for long term tenant or owners. For short term guests - it comes with a fee of 150.00 pesos per use during weekdays and 300.00 pesos during weekends and holidays.
After booking:
After booking is confirmed, kindly send immediately your valid IDs (for all guests staying in the unit) to the host, in preparation for guest authorization form. Once approved, this form will be sent to you and show to the guard/reception in charge upon check in.
Check in:
Self check in. A door passcode will be sent after booking is confirmed. This passcode is valid during your stay.
WiFi is available with Netflix for free.
Swimming pools are available for guests with a minimal fee of 150php. Free access to:
