Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located condo in BGC. The property has direct link to Uptown Mall. It is across from Landers Supermarket and Grand Hyatt Hotel, Uptown Parade where clubs such as Xylo etc are located. The condo has an amazing and unobstructed view of the pool.

This is a 1-bedroom unit with a double bed, a a couch and an extra mattress to accommodate up to 5 guests.
Guests have full access to the amenities- pool, gym, kid’s playroom, spa, yoga room and open lounge spaces.
Tile grouts on the bathrooms tend to darken when it gets wet. There are some wear and tear.

All the basic necessities will be provided upon check in: towels, beddings, 1 set of complimentary water, coffee and toiletries.
Guests can opt for self check in and check out.
In case of urgent concerns, please give us a little time to come to the property as we live 30 minutes away from BGC.
IDs are required for all guests for filing of authorization to stay. Guests will be registered as our personal guests.
Towels, drinks and some basic welcome toiletries are provided (initial supplies only).
We do not offer hotel services such as refills of toiletries at any time during your stay. Cleaning is only done before and after your stay.
We can do in between cleaning/housekeeping for a separate fee.
Long stays (28nights and more) will only have a limit for utilities amounting to ₱10k
Please refrain from flushing toilet paper, tissue , napkins or other similar items down the toilet. failure to comply may result in a penalty up to P20,000.00

Please refrain from hosting parties without prior notice to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
Guests are kindly asked to inform us in advance about any visitors to maintain security and the comfort of all occupants.
We observe quiet hours after 11 p.m. to respect the needs of all residents.
To avoid spills and stains, we request no eating or drinking in the bedrooms. You're welcome to enjoy your meals in the dining room.
Please dispose of garbage in the designated trash bins to keep our surroundings clean.
For safety reasons, please supervise your children closely while on the balcony.
Regrettably, pets are not allowed to accommodate guests with allergies and maintain cleanliness.
