Also provides convenient access to the top hotels, schools in the metropolis, malls, supermarkets, convenient stores, restaurants, cinemas, etc. My place is good for families and can accommodate 3-4 guests. This cozy fully furnished studio condo unit has everything you need to enjoy your stay in the country just right across NAIA Terminal 3 with access to various restaurants, supermarkets, cinema and nightlife. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, pots and pans, plates, cups, and utensils as well as washing machine. The bathroom has multi-point water heater comfortable queen size bed & sofabed that can accommodate 3-4 guests. We do not encourage having more than 4 guests. I'm very responsible and hospitable host. I always accommodate as much as possible all guest request to make their stay memorable. I personally welcome all my guests and handover the keys and ensure that they are safe and comfortable during their stay. The neighborhood is 24/7 safe and secure, with all points of interest just across the corner. a)Without traffic and via taxi, the place is just 5-8minutes to NAIA 3, 21mins to NAIA Terminal 2 and 19mins to NAIA Terminal 1 b) 5.6km away from SM MALL of ASIA c)Resorts World Manila – Mall, Casino and Cinemas including Marriot Hotel, Maxims Hotel, Remington Hotel are 50-100meters away walking distance. d)Metro Supermarket is just 5 minutes walk e)24hrs McDonalds, S&R, and 7eleven Stores f)Establishments like Gerry’s Grill Restaurant, Yellow Cab Pizza, Serenitea, 24-hour Family Mart convenience store are on the ground floor called Butterfly garden of the condominium building. g) Schools nearby: Asia Pacipic College, Don Bosco, Collegio de San Agustin and Assumption College. h) Aviation Schools nearby: Air Link International, Delta Air , Masters Flying School, Philippine State College of Aeronautics Henna Tattoos are cool but if you stain bed sheets, pillows, comforters, towels and rugs, we will charge you the replacement costs.
