Guests checking in whose names do not match the name on the booking voucher must provided a signed authorization letter along with a copy of a valid ID from the original person who made the booking. Authorization letters sent via email must come from the original email address used to complete the booking.
Kindly send a coloured soft copy of your valid ID to fortvictoriabgc@zenrooms.com at least 24 hours before your arrival. (Please note that failure to do so may result in not being able to check-in). The name of the guest checking in must match the reservation.
The property offers free cleaning service every 3 days for long stay guests.
The property's swimming pool is temporarily closed.
Kindly make sure you submit your personal documents atleast one (1) day in advance before check-in to prepare the forms and documentation. We would not be able to process your reservation if the time period is not met and will cancel your reservation.The property only accepts bookings with a minimum night stay of one (1) month. Any bookings with night stay of less than the required nights will not be accepted.
PHP 2000 security deposit is required upon check-in. The deposit will be fully-refunded on the condition that no damage and disturbance has occurred.
This property requires a minimum stay of 1 month.
