The property offers free cleaning service every 3 days for long stay guests.
The property's Outdoor pool is closed for maintenance every Monday. Any additional guest will be charged PHP 300. The pool is managed by the building administration independently of ZEN. ZEN cannot guarantee the availability of the pool at all time.
