All guests are required to present a valid ID and the e-mail voucher/booking confirmation upon arrival
For Filipinos Nationalities: SSS/GSIS or UMID, TIN card, Drivers License, OWWA for OFWs, PRC ID, Senior Citizen card, passport. Postal and Comelec only together with a second valid ID
For Foreigners: Passport, ACR, AEP
IDs such as Company ID or Student ID are not acceptable.
Cleaning service is available upon request at PHP 500. For guests staying more than 3 nights, rooms are cleaned free of charge every 3 nights.
Early check-in or Late check-out will be subject to an additional charge. Please contact the property for more details.
Guests checking in whose names do not match the name on the booking voucher must provided a signed authorization letter along with a copy of a valid ID from the original person who made the booking. Authorization letters sent via email must come from the original email address used to complete the booking.
The name of the guest checking in must match the reservation.
The property does not accept credit cards when payment is pay at the hotel. Charges pay at the hotel must be settled by cash.
The property offers free cleaning service every 3 days for long stay guests.
The swimming pool is free of charge for the current guests only. Any visitors/non current staying guests are not permitted to use the swimming pool. Swimming pool is managed by the building administration independently of the property and the usage of the pool is subject to availability. The pool is open from 8 AM to 7 PM on weekdays and from 8 AM to 5 PM on weekends.Swimming pool is closed for maintenance every Monday. Any additional schedule for cleaning and maintenance can be informed without any prior notice.
