DINING : Dining area with seating for 4 persons.
BEDROOM: Cozy room with a queen-sized bed and one convertible sofa bed along with six soft comfortable pillows, a warm blanket and a comforter, all complemented by a 1 HP air conditioning unit for your comfort.
BATHROOM: Enjoy a cozy bathroom with hot and cold water options. The sleek sliding glass partition keeps water where it belongs and ensures a non-slip surface. As a thoughtful touch, we provide a soft microfiber towel along with body liquid soap, shampoo, and conditioner for our guests' complete comfort and convenience.
PARKING AREA: Equipped with a privately owned and secure parking facility situated in the building's basement.
OUTDOOR AREA: Private balcony with city views, and a playground on the roof deck.

For your convenience, this property operates on a self-check-in system. Prior to your arrival, you will receive clear instructions on how to access the keys or entry codes. While I won't be on-site, I'm available remotely for any questions or assistance you may need.
** For a clean environment, smoking is strictly restricted inside.
** While we appreciate furry friends, but at the moment, we're not equipped to accommodate them. We appreciate your understanding.
** In the event of an unexpected power outage, the building is well-prepared with a generator designed to provide power to essential appliances in our listing. Its capacity is tailored to the entire building, ensuring a temporary power supply for selected appliances during such situations.
** The space is perfect for couples or groups of 4 to 6. The rate includes 4 persons; each additional person is PHP300 per night. Maximum occupancy is 6 persons. Additional guests will have to sleep in the living room on the couch as there's not enough space for an extra mattress.
