A1-205Location: Apartment 1, Unit 205, Canyon Cove, Far East Road, Piloto, Wawa, Nasugbu, Batangas-Located inside the resort-Apartment 1 is one apartment building away from the hotel- Second floor of a 3-storey apartment (no elevator)- Need to go up one flight of stairs from parking area to get to the unit- 85 sq. m. 1BR unit- 1 bedroom (w/ split type aircon, stand fan, 1 queen size bed, 3 foldable bed, 5 single floor mattresses, pillows & throw pillows, bedside table)- Living room (w/ split type aircon, stand fan & ceiling fan, sofa bed with pull-out bed, cable TV (Cignal), throw pillows)- Total of 6 pillows and 6 blankets- Dining table w/ 4 dining chairs- 1 bathroom (w/ shower heater, shower enclosure, toilet w/ bidet)- Kitchen w/ refrigerator, rice cooker, 4 burner stove with oven, oven toaster, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, pot, pan, casserole, 10 plates- Veranda with 2 coffee table sets overlooking resort, griller- 1 min walk to pool and beach area- Need to go down one flight of stairs from the unit to get back to the parking area, turn right, walk until you pass Apartment 1, then turn right to get to the pool and beach area- Free, sufficient parking slots located in front of the apartment.-No corkage fee. Cooking and grilling are allowed.Need to bring:-Towels & toiletries-Pillows and blankets in excess of 6 pax-Plates in excess of 10 pax, drinking glasses, eating utensils, dish washing paste w/ sponge, cooking utensils, knife, chopping board-Drinking water-Charcoal-Pocket wifiMandatory Entrance Fee (one-time payment good for entire stay, to be settled at the Apartment upon arrival) : PHP 350/head for guests aged 4 years old and above inclusive of access to beach & pool**Mandatory Entrance has been waived as of the moment while waiting for new policies from the new village manager. Guests can temporarily access HA Pool and beach for free but cannot access infinity pool.
