A1-105:-Apartment 1 is one apartment building away from the hotel- Ground floor of a 3-storey apartment (no elevator)- Need to go down one flight of stairs from parking area to get to the unit- 85 sq. m. 1BR unit- 1 bedroom (air conditioned, 1 queen size bed, 3 single floor mattresses, with beddings & pillows, towels)- Living room (air conditioned, 5 single floor mattresses, with beddings & pillows, 4 single sofa chairs, 1 2-seater sofa couch, cable TV)- Towels, pillows and blankets good for 10 pax only- Dining table w/ 4 dining chairs + more stackable chairs- 1 bathroom (w/ hot & cold shower, toilet w/ bidet, basic bathroom amenities)- Kitchen w/ refrigerator, rice cooker, microwave, pots, pans, cooking utensils, oven, stovetop, chinaware, silverware, glassware- Patio with grill, table & 2 chairs-Garden dining table- 1 min walk to pool and beach area- Need to go up one flight of stairs from the unit to get back to the parking area, turn right, walk until you pass Apartment 1, then turn right to get to the pool and beach area- There is no direct access from veranda to pool and beach area even though the unit is located at the ground floor. Guests would need to pass through parking area to get to pool and beach area.- Free, sufficient parking slots located in front of the apartment-No corkage fee. Cooking and grilling are allowed.Need to bring:-Toiletries-Dish washing paste w/ sponge, knife, chopping board-Drinking water-Charcoal for grilling-Pocket wifiMandatory Entrance Fee (one-time payment good for entire stay, to be settled at the Apartment upon arrival) : PHP 350/head for guests aged 4 years old and above inclusive of access to beach & pool**Mandatory Entrance has been waived as of the moment while waiting for new policies from the new village manager. Guests can temporarily access HA Pool and beach for free but cannot access infinity pool.
