A2-105: - Apartment building is just beside the hotel- Ground floor (basement level) of a 3-storey apartment building (no elevator)- Need to go down two flights of stairs from parking area to get to the unit- 80 sq. m. 1BR unit- Bedroom w/ 1.5 hp split type aircon, 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed - top: twin, bottom: double- Living room w/ 2 hp split type aircon, TV with Cignal, 1 bunk bed (top: single, bottom: double / folding sofa), sala set- 2 twin floor mattresses- 11 pillows, 5 blankets (each blanket may be shared by 2 people)- Dining table w/ 4 chairs- 1 toilet and bath (w/ hot and cold shower)- Kitchen w/ refrigerator, rice cooker, electric kettle, double burner stove with gas, pot, pan, 10 sets plates and utensils, 2 bowls, 6 glasses, 6 mugs & knife- Veranda with griller, coffee table & 2 chairs- 3 min walk to pool and beach area- There is no direct access from veranda to pool and beach area even though the unit is located at the ground floor. Guests would need to pass through parking area at the back of the unit to get to pool and beach area.- Free, sufficient parking slots located in front of the apartment-No corkage fee. Cooking and grilling are allowed.Need to bring:-Extra pillows in excess of 11 pax-Extra blankets in excess of 10 pax-Towels & toiletries-Kitchenware in excess of 10 pax, dish washing paste w/ sponge, cooking utensils, chopping board-Microwave-Drinking water-Charcoal-Pocket wifiMandatory Entrance Fee (one-time payment good for entire stay, to be settled at the Apartment upon arrival) : PHP 350/head for guests aged 4 years old and above inclusive of access to beach & pool**Mandatory Entrance has been waived as of the moment while waiting for new policies from the new village manager. Guests can temporarily access HA Pool and beach for free but cannot access infinity pool.
