A17-101-Apartment 17 is three apartment buildings away from the hotel- Ground floor of a 3-storey apartment (no elevator)- Need to go down one flight of stairs from parking area to get to the unit- For seniors and PWDs, can opt to make use of the flat pathway to enter the unit thru the veranda- 120 sq. m. 1BR unit, beachfront- 1 bedroom (window type aircon, 2 twin bed, 1 single bed with pullout, with beddings & pillows)- Living room (split type aircon, 1 queen day bed with pullout, 2 floor mattresses, with beddings & pillows, 1 sofa bed with pullout, cable TV)- 6 blankets, 4 bed pillows, 10 small pillows, 4 big throw pillows, 4 small throw pillows- Dining table w/ 8 dining chairs- 2 bathroom (w/ shower, toilet, bath tub) – no shower heater- Kitchen w/ refrigerator, rice cooker, microwave, oven toaster, stove, gas, water dispenser (drinking water not included), pot, pan- Veranda w/ griller- Has direct access to pool area and beach through veranda- 3 min walk to pool and beach area- Alternative way to get to pool and beach area: Need to go up one flight of stairs from the unit to get back to the parking area then turn left, walk straight ahead until you pass Apartment 18, then turn left to get to the pool and beach area- Free, sufficient parking slots located in front of the apartment-No corkage fee. Cooking and grilling are allowed. Need to bring:-Towels & Toiletries-Extra blankets in excess of 6 pax-Kitchenware, cooking utensils, knife, chopping board-Dish washing paste w/ sponge-Drinking water-Charcoal for grilling-Pocket wifiMandatory Entrance Fee (one-time payment good for entire stay, to be settled at the Apartment upon arrival) : PHP 350/head for guests aged 4 years old and above inclusive of access to beach & pool**Mandatory Entrance has been waived as of the moment while waiting for new policies from the new village manager. Guests can temporarily access HA Pool and beach for free but cannot access infinity pool.
