The condo unit can accommodate maximum of 6 guests and basic dinnerwares and kitchenwares are provided. Bed linens, pillows and blankets are provided but not towels for safety reasons.

Pico de Loro Guest Fee:
Pico de Loro is a membership resort and non member guests are required to pay a Guest fee which will be paid separately from the rental of the condo unit.

No guests are allowed to enter the resort without paying the guest fee.
Guest fee is to be paid directly to Club Pico de Loro upon entry at the entrance gate during registration.
This is a one time payment for the duration of maximum 7 days stay at the resort, renewable after the 7th day.
Here is the Rate Summary Guide (subject to change by the resort without prior notice):
Lean Season
Weekdays - Adults = P900
Weekends - Adults = P1300
4 - 12 yrs old = P400
Christmas Rate (Dec. 26-31)
adults = 1,550
kids 4 - 12 = 650
High Rate All Weekends
March to June & December
Adult = 1,400
Kids 4-12 = 600
Holy Week Rate 2023 same as Christmas Rate
April 3-9 ,2023
Kids 3 yrs old and below are free of charge.
Since Pico admin does not accept cash payment, they will require you to purchase a cash card worth P1,050. P50 is the payment for the card itself and P 1,000 consumable that you can use there.
