No need to go out and eat at the expensive restaurants nearby. All you have to do is bring in your groceries, cook and prepare your own meals to enjoy with your loved ones. Our kitchen is equipped with a stove, fridge, coffee maker, microwave, water dispenser (1st 5gallon provided) and kitchen wares that you can use for free Lagoon views from the comfort of your balconies, we have two! Air conditioned living room and bedrooms with queen sized beds, flat screen televisions and cabinets, 6-seater dining table, 3 toilet and bath with heaters, and free wifi. You may inquire about our Jetski services too! The unit is fully accessible except the storage area where we keep our private stuff. Please bring your own towels and toiletries, dish washing soap and refill for the water dispenser. Entrance fee is not included, shall be collected upon entry by Pico admin and is good for your entire stay.
