A very new 1 bedroom unit that has all the beds for 6 guests. No floor mattresses here. You have your own bed. This is very near the country club and just 2 minutes away from the Pico Beach. The room is complete with Hi Speed internet, Cable, Dining, Kitchen, and cooking equipment. Endorsement to use amenities is included. I WILL GIVE EXCLUSIVE MEMBERS AREA ACCESS SPECIAL TO GUESTS. Subject to available allotments.

Please note that there is a resort guest fee that is a separate payment from the room accommodation. The resort guest fee covers the use of Pico beach, country club swimming pool, gym, and shuttle service within the vicinity. This fee is a one-time payment for the duration of your stay and needs to be paid in the Pico guest registration area upon arrival.
