Relax on the balcony overlooking the garden, share a meal in our spacious dining area/study space and help your self to our tea and coffee area with hot and cold water dispenser and full sized fridge to store your food and drinks Access to garden, dining area, balcony kitchenette We're available right downstairs anytime you need, just press the door bell at the front desk for assistance. Very piecefull environment clise to the main road with only one neighbour We have tricycles on call anytime. Ellas pizza is just next door and Rotunda night markets is only 1 min walk. small store is available just 2min walk. 3min drive to city center and bus terminal laundry is available on request at 150php for 5kgs washed dried and Ironed for your convenience
