Our lovely colonial style villa is located in a quiet area of ​​Puerto Princesa. We offer a peaceful and relaxed stay in this exclusive part of the city. Our large pool and our tropical garden on the 3.000 sqm area invites you to have a perfect holiday. We are close to Robinsons Mall (10-15 min) and there are a few restaurants near by.
The owner does not live in this villa. Only guests have exclusive access to the pool. There is a large kitchen for self-catering.
Welcome to our newly complete renovated wonderful beautiful Villa located at the famous Bakers Hill in Puerto Princesa City! We offer a full house with 12 rooms, 6 bathrooms, 5 toilets/shower, kitchen, livingroom, dining room, terrace, balcony, at about 320 sqm (3440 sq feet) on two floors. Beautiful landscape, fresh air, wonderful view to the mountains and embedded in a paradise garden of 3000 sqm (32,290 sq feet) full of tropical fruits. Enjoy our clean pool, the fresh fruits in the garden, the sundown view on the terrace or balcony. We have a 24/7 gatekeeper at the entrance.
The road to our place is under construction, most of it is sealed now but there is still a part of 200 m which unsealed but good drivable. It is planned to be sealed by the government in 2025.
We highly recommand you rent your own SUV, the next tricycle station is 1.2 km away. There are very little Taxis in Palawan. Ask us for help. We have Grab and Palawan Backdriver.
Nice neighbourhood (this area is the best place for expatriates to stay), completely fenced and secure, additional houses/rooms for service persons, Badminton-square, secure water and energy supply.
You have complete access to all the house (except a small storage area).
The entrance and the gate are surveiled by CCTV. At the pool, the terrasse and inside there is no surveilllance.
We can offer you additional service-personal for garden, cooking, housekeeping or nanny, just ask us. It is possible for the personal to stay in the house in separate rooms.
There are famous beaches arround, in Puerto Princesa City there are huge malls and you can get everything there. Hospital and school and doctors in the nearest distance. Find the booming nightlife and a lot of nice restaurants in the center of town about 10 km away.
The area is rural, very nice and quiet. There is no traffic. Watch in the evening the flying foxes as hundreds of them might pass the roof of the villa. It is pure paradise

There are 2 roads to come to our place, both have an unsealed part. In case of strong rain they might be difficult to drive for motorcycles.
