Adjacent to Osami Hardware and within walking distance to the busy street of San Pedro where shopping and tourist areas are nearby. Approximately 10-minute drive from the Airport. Make yourself at home in a 2-bedroom air-conditioned unit, with private bathroom, hot & cold shower, complimentary toiletries, kitchenette, cooking amenities, dining area, mini-ref, sofa, smart tv, free WiFi access, and a cozy deck for laundry and leisure purposes. Free parking on premises. The hosts will ensure you a pleasant stay and provides you the best value for money. If you have other questions, you can reach us thru chat, call, text, and email. For guests of 3 pax below, only one room will be provided, other room will be locked, but other areas in your private unit can be used (kitchen, dining, bathroom, sala, tv, mini ref, etc) *additional fee of (Php300 to Php500 per night) will apply if the 3 guests request for separate rooms. No parties or group gatherings Quiet hours after 10:00 PM **Php300/pax per night may apply for sleepovers or extra person. **Early check-in or late check-out fee is Php100/hour. **We don’t have generator, you may sometimes experience sudden brownouts. **Water shortage and interruption may occasionally be implemented by city ordinance. (We provided water drum for water storage)
