Welcome to our HOME, CH2 Haven@ Maritime Subdivision , a modern, spacy, newly renovated house located at very safe, peaceful surroundings and securely guarded Subdivision . It has an easy access to the Main Town of Pinamalayan and the highway leading to other attractive destinations in Mindoro. Our home property is designed with modern comfort and relaxation in mind. Perfect for couples, families, friends, tourists and nature lovers looking for an amazing stay in Oriental Mindoro.

There are total of 6 Bedrooms in our House, but we are only offering 3 rooms for our guest, since the other 3 are dedicated for our family use when we are visiting the property which we seldom do as we are residing at the South of Oriental Mindoro.

The property is perfectly located in a safe family friendly environment, where the kids can enjoy a walk or playing on the street. It is also good for morning and afternoon walk. There are not too many cars passing in the road so the noise will surely not ruin your sleep or rest. There is a small playing corner for kids available at the back of the house too where they can enjoy and spend their time.

Just a few minutes away from Mcdonalds, Jollibee, chowking and to the main town. I have prepared a menu for most of the well known restaurant closeby, where you can easily order and have it delivered. A contact is also available for your other needs like buying and delivering things for you. A tricycle contact is also available, since the property is private, getting out thru public transportation is not always available.

Being an agoda guest myself, i made sure that everything that i want or wished for my stay is available at our House. I still remember how I needed to buy some groceries to be able to cook even for basic food, and you dont have choice but to buy those basic needs in a bigger portion even if you won’t need it a lot. Staying at our House, i made sure i have you covered,instance,big bottles of mineral water available upon arrival which is more than enough for 3 days stay. A cooking necessity like oil, soy sauce, vinegar and basic herbs is also available at our kitchen. A few sachet of detergent and fabric conditioner is also available for washing use. A few kilo of rice is also available for emergency need which is very important in a filipino kitchen.

Please be guided that our water is not suitable for cooking use and please use the mineral water available. If water refill is needed, it is just 2 house away from our house with 20 pesos charge per bottle. Since our water tank is located at the rooftop of the property, be reminded that water is sometimes too hot for use, just kindly empty the tank by going outside the house, on the right side, a pipe is hanging under the aircon condenser unit , just turned the knob and the water will flow out directly, please close after emptying it, a new water will fill the tank for use.

Only 1 car can accomodate the parking garage. Incase you have more than 1 vehicle, a public parking is available inside the Subdivision,please be reminded not infront of the House nor infront of other houses nearby, there is wide road in between the Red Oranges Houses which is also infront of the Property, that is where you can use for parking, please only use 1 lane.

We hope you enjoy your stay and we are asking for your kindness to treat our House as your own, treat it respectfully and stay with it with care.

There are 5 rooms at the 2nd floor, but we only offer to guest 2 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs. The other 3 bedrooms upstairs we decided not to offer as we are personally using it when we are staying at the House.

Please be reminded that Oriental Mindoro is a place where Block Out is common esp. in Summer and bad weather. Though it seldom happens and sometimes for only a short period of time, we do apologized for the inconvenience.
