It is near Malls,roxas city airport,hospitals,banks and in just few minutes you can reach tourist spot.like beaches and Seafoods Restaurant in baybay by tric .
My place is good for backpackers,couples,solo adventurers,business travelers and family with kids.

Your Safety is Important to us - Since this is a Residential area - The Gate is always close in comes at night- 10pm onwards -
Because everyone is sleeping at that moment- but u can txt or call us to open up the gate for you.
since it’s a province and the malls closed early 9pm- - there’s a few tricycle entering inside the subd - but u can walk from my place to outside of the subd just 3-4mins walk- and find one-
but in the nightlifes area there’s more tricycle operates There...
There’s no problem about day time transpo-
2 mins walk From my place to ride tricycle..
