The Dolores STUDIO / ROOM is at the 2nd floor of our 3-storey apartment and this room is dedicated for our guests' private use.Special Note: The toilet & bathroom for the studio guests is located at the ground floor. The third floor is also listed for rent - entry & stair hallway is for common use of 2nd and 3rd floor guests.Stairway is narrow & steep - may be difficult for elderly guests & a hazard for small children (please do not leave them unattended). Sorry, no elevator! ;)A popular fastfood chain is across the street, next door is a grocery, and 7-Eleven is 5 minutes away by foot. Easily reached by car is Lazatin Blvd, a busy street filled with local homegrown restaurants. Shopping malls are also a few minutes drive away.Public street parking only outside the compound; no security guarded parking slot.We personally enjoyed interior decorating the pad for our guests' relaxing & comfy stay!
