You may drop off guests at the lobby first (you are allowed to park for 15 minutes only in designated spots at the lobby; exceeding this time may incur penalties). Optional Paid Parking Option: If you want assistance in finding a rented parking slot within the tower, please let me know. Parking rent is usually ₱300/night. I will coordinate it for you; you will just need to provide your car details. Cooking – You may use the stove for cooking. However, cooking food with strong odors or excessive smoke is not allowed, as the unit is equipped with a smoke detector that may be triggered. This could result in a penalty from the condo admin. 2. Smoking – Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. Please use the designated smoking areas. Violations may result in penalties. 3. Noise Control – Keep voices and karaoke sessions at a reasonable volume, especially after 9:00 PM. Complaints from other units may lead to penalties. 4. Parking – Park only in your designated slot. Unauthorized parking may result in a ₱5,000 penalty. 5. Damages – While we do not collect a security deposit, any damages to the unit, furniture, or appliances must be paid for. Please handle everything with care. 6. Large Items – Bringing large items that do not fit in a bag, such as speakers or bulky equipment, is strictly prohibited by the condo admin. If unsure, kindly check with us in advance to avoid penalties. 7. Visitor’s Pass - Please make sure to surrender it before checking out. Lost passes will incur a P500 penalty. 8. Accidents and Liability – Guests are responsible for their own safety during their stay. We are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses that occur within the unit or the building premises. Please exercise caution at all times. 9. Elevator Access Cards- Please make sure to surrender it before checking out. Lost cards will incur a P1000 penalty. Thank you!
