Spacious house for you family and friends, just a few minutes drive from the city proper. sorrounded by garden, trees and rice fields.
The whole house including garage and common use Nipa Hut(kubo), mini playhouse for kids, basketball hoop.
We live on the door 1, you can approach us anytime if you need something. Also, we will leave our mobile number so you could reach us anytime.
We respect each other rights to rest. Please no loud noise and partying most past 10PM.
If you have a car its just 3-5 minutes drive from the city proper. If none you can reach the place through tricycles at a fee of php 30
LATE CHECK-OUT / EARLY CHECK IN is allowed depending on vacancy. Should you need to extend, please let us know. We charge 200 per hour for the first three hours. More than three hours is charged as whole day rate.
LOST KEYS will be charged 2,500 pesos for the whole set and labor charges
