You are renting whole Villa of Rainiers Private Resort. We are located In front of San Sebastian Integrated School, Ramon, Isabela Philippines.( Santiago City is the point of reference)
Rent our family owned vacation home. its a place for your exclusive use good for family events like reunions and weddings.
Sleeping arrangements:
New house
First room 1 queen bed, sleeps 2 pax
Second room 2 queen beds, sleeps 4 pax
additional sleeping spaces, 2 queen matress, 4pax ( will be laid in the sala upon request)
Kubo 1= 7 pax
1 bunk bed=queen/ single
2 queen mattres
Kubo 2= 6 pax
2 bunk beds
All rooms with ac
Rental includes use of pool, cabana/ shed with some tables and chairs, dirty kitchen, grill area, x5 Toilet/Bath and 7 showers.
Quote is good for ENTRANCE of 30pax only. Pay P150 for extra person
Pls note the whole resort sleeps 23 pax only. bring xtra sheets/unan for your extra quest.
parking is in our driveway, its a gated property.
Rainiers Private resort is located in front of San Sebastian Integrated School ,Its less than 15 minutes drive from Ramon town proper, 45 minutes from santiago City on a cemented road.
karaoke rental available upon request( with fee), quiet time is 9pm. no shouting / loud music beyond 9pm. the big house is included in the rental so you can continue to use karaoke inside the house provided it's not going to disturb the neighbors so its a must to close windows and doors all the time.
