Pacific Shores is a mid to up scale Sub Division with a club house, gardens and swimming pool over looking the Pacific Ocean. Our house is 425 m2 on a 650 m2 plot with Ocean views from the first floor balcony. Our house is 100 metres from from the Ocean and 75 metres from the club house.

The house was built to a good European standard 10 years ago and is particularly spacious. We provide the house with friendly caretakers Joeffrey and Christine, who have their own bedroom and bathroom. The house has 4 large bedrooms for guests and 2.5 bathrooms for guests. The lounge has internet and a 65" TV and their are two large kitchens. The house has recently been re-decorated. The first floor balcony is about 25m2 and has great views. There is usually a good sea breeze.

Please note that there is a small fee of 50 peso / day / person to swim in the clubhouse pool. The entrance to the Sub Division is just off the main highway between Bacolod and Talisay and it is manned by security guards. Please bring a photocopy ID to give to the guard.
