Also, restaurants and coffee shops are on foot. Our place has three three-story houses, each is a self-contained unit. The space Our unit is self-contained; each floor has a private entrance, and our place has a mini pool shared with those who like to use it. We are solar energy-operated, water-filtered drinking water with reliable Internet (Starlink). The 1st & 2nd floor has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a private living room, except the top floor has only one bedroom as the suite spot overlooking the sea. Our clubhouse has a bigger pool, 10-15 meters from our place, where you can swim or head to the public beach in Baloy Beach, which is 0.8 km from the subdivision. Nearby attractions include Ocean Adventure, where you can swim with dolphins, an Inflatable pool, and a Zoobic Safari. Guest access You'll have yourself the entire 3rd floor. Other things to note Please read carefully. For our bed arrangement On the 3rd Floor We only have the master bedroom and a queen bed that can accommodate two people. For extra person after the 2nd guest in this floor, Underneath there's a single pull-out bed for another person.
