Our properties offer a cozy sanctuary for those seeking refuge from the busy city. Guests can slow down and unwind in homes nestled in the forest, just a few minutes from the shores of Subic Bay.
17A is fully air conditioned and can comfortably accommodate 8 guests. It has a bird-watching deck that gives you a view of the flora and fauna of Subic Bay and allows you to enjoy the fresh air from the bay.
17A is 10 minutes away from the Central Business District area of the Subic Bay, where the restaurants, shopping mall, pharmacies and commercial establishments are located. If you want to explore the tourist spots nearby, Ocean Adventure, Camayan Beach, and Zoobic Safari are just 20 minutes away from 17A.
17A is located inside a private village with its own parking area for 4 vehicles. Directions to 17A will be provided after booking confirmation.
17A is part of a duplex with another unit called “17B”. 17A and 17B are separately listed on Agoda. These properties can be booked individually. Upon special request, the entire duplex may be booked at the same time, subject to availability. If there are guests in 17B, you may come across them. However, you each have your own dedicated indoor and outdoor spaces. We ask you to stay in your own spaces to allow other guests to enjoy their own stay fully.
A special amenity that comes with your booking is the option to have access to Anvaya Cove Beach & Nature Club and Anvaya Cove Golf and Sports Club, which is 30 minutes away from 17A. Please note, however, that said access is limited only to our endorsement and all expenses related to your access to Anvaya will be for your account.
Non-member guests who wish to access Anvaya Cove Beach and Nature Club shall pay additional fees as follows:
Regular Guest Fee:
Php 1,000/head/day
Guest Fee During Super Peak Periods (All Saints, Holy Week, Christmas & New Year):
Php2,000/head/day
*Guest Fees must be paid directly to us prior to your arrival via GCash or Bank Transfer.
Guest fees will cover access to the following:
- Beach
- Cabanas & Lounges
- Beachside Pools
- Kid's Club
- Spa (all treatments will be for your account)
- Club Restaurants (all orders will be for your account)
- Water Activities (all activities will be for your account)
