Our parking slot in the ground floor of the building is also available for an additional of 300 PHP per day. If you wish not to avail this offer, there is a parking spot a five-minute walk away from the complex with their own fees that charges by the hour.
Guests will have exclusive access to the whole corner unit during their whole stay.
We have our caretaker who will be the one to receive and assist you during both check in and check out, ensuring that you arrive to your room safely. She will also be receiving the security deposit and hand the keys to the guests.
She and her team ensure the quality of your stay, and make sure that you arrive in your room cleaned and well maintained.
In line with this, we require the full name of the guests as instructed by SMDC for everyone’s safety.
A 500 PHP security deposit is required upon checking in and is to be returned upon checkout should there be no damages in the unit.
