The unit is very new. Very clean and you’ll surely be comfortable. The building is surrounded with restaurant, bars, amusement parks, malls and grocery stores. Along the highway and it’s easily accessible.

Building amenities are Clubhouse, Indoor and Outdoor pools, Basketball Court, Badmiton Court, Children Playground, gym and etc. at a minimum fee.
1. Swimming Pool fee is p150/person per day, holidays at p300/person per day.
Payments are to be made directly to the building Administration Office.

PARKING FEES:
- Near Clubhouse
p100 per entry
p150 re-entry whole day

- Commercial Space (in-front of the building)
1st 4 hrs is p40 and succeeding hour is p20

- Any commercial validation receipt is free for 3 hrs and succeeding hour is p20
