We have a caretaker on site that will meet and greet you at the Cool B lobby area. Kindly ensure to register at the reception first before you park at the basement. Please also settle any balances (e.g. parking, pool voucher, security deposit) prior to going to the room/unit. Caretaker may prohibit entry to the unit if balances aren't paid. Caretaker does not collect cash, all payments have to be transferred to the host.
Property is right smack in the middle of Tagaytay which gives you better traveling time and accessibility if going to either the direction of Tagaytay Highlands/Picnic Grove or to Nasugbu/Twinlakes area. Right beside the estate is a supermarket and more food options. Within the estate, there’s available services such as spa, nail salon and laundry.
Our cozy home is located at Cool Suites at SMDC Wind Residences which is a more peaceful, cleaner and newer side of the estate.
Host has a parking slot right inside the building which gives you total convenience (chargeable). Parking is multiple entry - really nothing to worry about.
- Kindly inform your host if any of the guests are going for swimming as pool voucher is chargeable and must be purchased by the host in the advance
- Kindly inform your host if you are availing the basement parking, charges apply
- Security deposit will be collected either via Bank Transfer, Gcash/Maya or via agoda
