Our check-in time is at 2PM to 4PM only and check-out time is at 11AM . I will personally turnover the house to you. So please be on time.

We are located at the Coffee Capital of the Philippines, Amadeo Cavite, a peaceful and cool place where you can relax with your friends and family. We have a friendly neighborhood, in front our property is a “sari-sari” store, they also sell Pares, Mami, and cooked Filipino food. A walking-distance korean restaurant is also near our property where you can enjoy unlimited lechon and samgyupsal.

Nearby places:

If you want to buy fresh veggies like Kale, Lettuce, etc.. Cocinado con el Corazon is just a 2-minute drive from our property, they sell healthy variety of veggies.

If you want fresh dragon fruit and fresh farm chicken, you can visit Dragon Fruit Farm it’s just a 6-minute drive from our house.

If you want fresh Beef you can go to Mahogany Public Market it’s just a 15-minute drive from our house..

We only have a 3-meter “right of way”, and it’s not cemented yet so getting in our property is a little bit bumpy (it’s just a 50 meters rough road). Only two cars can fit on our garage. Our fence is not that high, but high enough that people from outside cannot see you. We assure you that our place is safe (my family and I have been living here for a while now and we only live a few meters away from Casa Gaerlan). We also installed CCTV around the fence for your security. Our property is surrounded by fruit-bearing trees so expect insects (we provide incense you can burn as insect repellent).

Our pool is not a lap pool, its size is 2 meters x 5 meters with a depth of 3 feet to 5 feet.

All 4 rooms are on the 2nd floor of the house and all toilets are on the 1st floor. Our stairs is quite steep but there’s railings for you to hold onto.

Our place can only accommodate a maximum of 11 pax.

We have a security deposit of 2,000 pesos to cover any accidental damages, linen/carpet staining, violations. (We will return the security deposit upon check out if no violations or damages)

Please bring your own towel and toiletries.
