The living room on the second floor is so spacious we added a gaming area. You can binge on your favorite Netflix series, play your favorite PS4 game, or sing to your heart's content on the videoke, while the kids go for a round of foosball nearby. The bedrooms on the third and fourth floor, including the attic, are all well-appointed. At the balcony on the fourth floor, you can spend some bonding time over a game of kid darts while grilling your favorite barbecue meals. For our younger guests who want to cool it down even more, we have a 12-ft above-ground wading pool just close to a safe 3 ft in depth located at the ground-floor garage.
Located beside Royale Parc Hotel, this gypsie townhouse is walking distance to Our Lady of Lourdes Parish, Santuario di Padre Pio, Bag of Beans, Ayala Mall Serin, Metroview Grill, Jaytee's, Romantic Baboy, Fora Mall and Olivarez Plaza, among other food and shopping destinations. Also nearby are Balay Dako, Leslie's Tagaytay, RSM Restaurant, Diner's Restaurant, Cecilia's Buko Pie, and other gastronomic and activity hubs. Ideal for family and small corporate get-togethers, this house is just a short drive away from Tagaytay's most-visited tourist destinations.

The townhouse has 5 levels:
1) Ground Level - garage, entrance, foyer, and caretaker's quarters (the caretaker stays in-house)
2) 2nd Level - living room, game area, dining spaces and kitchen
3) 3rd Level - Room 2, Room 3 and common bathroom
4) 4th Level - Master bedroom, ensuite bathroom and balcony lounge
5) 5th Level - attic room

Guests have exclusive access to the whole property (except the laundry room and adjascent quarters where the caretaker lives in-house) during their stay. We start clean-up by 11am.

We are located in a secure, guarded townhouse compound with friendly neighbors.
Tagaytay has a cool and damp climate, conducive for various fora and fauna to flourish. As you are surrounded by nature, we suggest you have Off Lotion and other bug sprays handy at all times, even though all windows of the house are screened.
The townhouse is located along the Tagaytay-Nasugbu Highway, so getting around by car is super easy. Also, public transport is available any time. Some of the most popular restaurants, watering holes and hang-outs are also walking distance or a short drive away.
The base rate is good for up to 6 guests. A minimal fee is added per additional guest beyond 6. The house sleeps up to 12 guests.
The three main bedrooms have window-type air-conditioning, while the attic has fans.
Also, our caretaker is reachable in case of emergency. She stays at the host's quarters at the ground floor.
No proof of vaccination is required, but per local government contact tracing policy, kindly provide us the names of all the arriving guests.
We are a pet-friendly guesthouse, but please indicate the number of pets you are taking along in your (URL HIDDEN) Pets should be in diapers at all times and are not allowed on the couches and beds.
