This lovely house is immaculately beautiful in & out. The style is modern contemporary in it's white, brown & black interiors & matching lightning through out the house. It just got newly renovated with a total make over with all new appliances & furnishings. For entertainment, we have a new Platinum karaoke system with a Bluetooth sound bar (already included), another portable Bluetooth speaker, Netflix, Vudu, YouTube access. There’s table games & puzzles. It has a big front patio w/ tv & dirty kitchen or where you can cook. On arrival, we have complimentary water, coffee, tea & a snack bar. There’s also a guide book for guests. It is minutes to major attractions. This stylish home sits on a corner lot in the quiet compound of Scottsdale Classic Country Homes in Alfonso, Tagaytay between Breakfast at Antonio's & Twin Lakes along the main hwy of Tagaytay- Nasugbu Rd. It is a gated village with a clubhouse.

This house has complete amenities plus more. It has a smart big screen TV, good WIFI. Guest house phone for local phone. Kitchen is complete w/ an induction cooker, microwave, oven, coffee maker, fridge, blender for smoothies, electric kettle, rice cooker, stainless pots & pans, plates & utensils. It has a big front patio with a "dirty kitchen" or a place to cook outdoors w/ electrical outlets. There's a nice balcony that opens to the 2 rooms upstairs. All 3 rooms has new a/c. The bathrooms has hot & cold showers & bidet. Clean linen & blankets are provided with fresh towels. The house sleeps 10 comfortably. If there are more than 10 guests, there are folding mattresses that are available for use. There's an additional P500 per person after 10 persons. Max is 13. Payable on arrival.
