Check in: 2:00 PM onwards
Check out: before 12:00 NN
Extra Hour: 300 per hour
Keep my unit clean and tidy. Additional fee will be charge for spills at the bed, sofa bed, carpet and dinning chairs for deep cleaning.
No unregistered or unpaid guest/s is/are allowed to come inside the unit.
No smoking/vaping inside the unit and the entire property.
No pets allowed.
No placing any type of banners, stickers or balloons in my wall and furnitures. Damage paint or furniture will be charged to you.
No eating and drinking at the sofa bed and bed.
Kindly remove your outside foot wear before entering the unit.
Light cooking is allowed except for Dried Fish like Tuyo Dangit Dilis and the likes. Please turn on the range hood while cooking and use the cover/lid for the pot.
Turn off the aircon, CR mirror and CR mirror defogger when not in use to avoid overheating and fire.
Only 2 bath towels are to be provided.
Please do not log out or change the settings of the NETFLIX account.
Again, please keep the unit clean and follow the house rules.
