It is your home away from home. A well lighted loft style unit located in a gated subdivision along Tagaytay-Nasugbu highway. The neighborhood is very quiet and secured. Ideal for walking and biking. Water would not be a problem as it has its own water cistern and pump. House is almost complete for having the essentials you need. You will also have an access to a free gated parking garage. House has complete amenities such as microwave, mini refrigerator, and kitchen utensils. Bathroom has water heater, tissues and other toiletries such as soap, shampoo and towels. TV has access to Netflix, just log in your account. Has an honesty basket for your hungry stomach with free drinking water. Very important! WE HAVE STEEP STAIRS going to the unit. Bringing of kids, PWD and elderly is being discouraged. Lastly, health or medical certificate is required upon entry to subdivision.
