✔ A refundable security deposit is required: ₱1,000 for stays of less than a month or ₱5,000 for stays of a month or more. This deposit will be returned upon check-out, subject to any deductions for damages or unpaid balances.

House rules:
1. Strictly No unregistered guests.
2. No pets allowed.
3. When you leave, please ensure all doors and windows are locked. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
4. Damage Responsibility: Guests are responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing any damaged items. Accidents happen, so please notify us if something needs attention.
5. Environmental friendly: Please turn off lights, aircon, and electronics when not in use.
6. Smoking/Vaping are strictly prohibited inside the entire unit. Please use the designated outdoor smoking areas.
7. Electricity is free, this is usually reads Php4,000/month for normal usage, in case it reaches more than the usual, we will require to add an additional fee. We will do a meter reading upon check-in and check-out for documentation.
8. To ensure peace and order, security guards conduct random checks in each tower. We kindly ask you to treat them with respect as they perform their duties.
9. Check-Out Requirements: Before checking out, please ensure all personal belongings are removed. Please leave the key inside the lockbox. For the lost key, 2,000 pesos for replacement.
