마곡 수명산에 접해 있는 주택입니다.
주택이고 산속에 있는듯한 느낌을 받을 수 있지만,
마곡이나 발산역 어디에도 가기 좋은 위치에 있습니다.
물론 상업지구도 걸어서 5분안에 있습니다
저희가 지어서 살다가 잠시 다른곳에 살게되어 에어비앤비 내놓습니다.
It’s a house facing the mountain.
It's a house and you can feel like you're in the mountains,
It is in a good location to go to Magok station or Balsan Station.
We built this building ourselves, and we are renting it because we moved to another area after living there.
방은 여러개가 있으나 침실로 사용 할 수 있는 방은 2개입니다
나머지 한개는 드레스룸 겸 샤워시설이 있습니다.
와인냉장고,식기세척기,세탁기,건조기 등등 저희가 사용하던 그대로 있습니다.
빔 프로젝트까지 그대로 있습니다.
제가 가장 좋아하는 공간은 테라스입니다
여기에서 수명산을 바라보며 와인한잔 할 때가 가장 행복했어요.
There are several rooms, but there are two rooms that can be used as bedrooms.
The other has a dress room and gym.
Wine refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, etc. are as we used to be.
Even the beam project is as it is.
