This apartment is located in the Eastern District, the busiest central business district of Taipei City, the MRT system and bus routes dotted, department stores, restaurants everywhere, all the designer clothes or chain headquarters, almost all set up here, the occasional night hours vendors gathered masses crowds, selling popular music and voices; in order to satisfy customers come shopping, everywhere full of cafes and food shops simple, innovative and beautiful decoration, various catering shop is always filled with visitors, many well-known restaurants
This apartment is legit individual apartment with brick walls and elevators access located in a new doorman secured building. NOT a house divided into numerous of rooms.～
Private airport shuttle can be arranged for a fee upon request.~
We try to be eco-friendly. So please remember to turn off things when not in use. Try not to create too much waste. Please bring your own toothbrush, shaver, and hairbrush.
All tenant must provide ID/ARC/Passport and business card for register.
When check in that day must arrive full predetermined people together check-in procedure.

Visitors (extra one more person will be charged $1000TWD)
Security deposit is collected via agoda as reserved amount.
It will be collected 24 hours before check in, and it is fully refundable at check-out & the apartment is being returned in its original condition.～～
