因为过度吵闹而打扰到邻居被认为是极没有教养的行为｡再加上agoda在台灣并不是被普遍认知的事物,所以在您入住公寓期间,您必须严格遵守以下的守则,尊重当地的习惯和风俗｡
由于之前入住的客人在晚上过于吵闹,请您谅解我的公寓并不是酒店,而是位于台灣真正的住宅区内｡住宅楼里非常注重保持安静,过于吵闹的行为对人而言是非常不礼貌的｡
正因为如此,我希望您能够保证在入住公寓期间,无论何时都会注意保持安静,且不会做出任何打扰邻居的行为｡
如果您(与您的同伴们)能够保证这点,那么我非常期待你们入住我家｡我想你们一定能够在我家里享受到独一无二的入住台灣民宿的体验｡
相反的,如果您(与您的同伴们)不能够作出以上承诺,或者您希望可以入住一个可以随意大声说话,不用担心会吵到邻居的地方,我想酒店或许更适合｡
非常抱歉事先说了这么多｡但请您(与您的同伴们)体谅｡

※公寓守则※
1.入住时请出示有效身分证件(有照片)登记,若入住时发现资料､房客精神状态有异､实际人数(2岁以上即算一人)与预定人数不符,agoda給予房东有权拒绝入住,并不予退还租金｡
(1)请在玄关处脱鞋｡请不要穿着室外用的鞋子进入屋内｡
(2)在楼梯间的时候,请保持安静｡
(3)室内是完全禁烟的｡公寓所在的建筑物内也禁止吸烟｡
(4)出门前,请随手关空调和其他电器的电源｡
(5)出门时,请记得锁门｡
(6)请不要去拜访邻居,请不要按邻居家的门铃｡
(7)公寓入口､大厅､电梯等公共场合,请保持安静｡
(8)破坏公寓或者损坏公寓内的物品需赔偿｡同时我会把这一情况如实写在对您的评价中｡
(9)在您退房那天早上的11点,会有清扫人员整理公寓｡
(10)为了省电节能,请确保在不需要的情况下随手关闭空调开关｡出门时关门关窗｡
(11)公寓只是民宿,并不是宾馆,因此不能提供像宾馆那样的侍应､客房和每日清扫等服务｡请谅解｡
(12)除了预订入住的客人以外,禁止其他人员进入公寓｡
(13)agoda在台灣并不是被普遍认知的事物,所以请不要对邻居说您是借宿的客人｡如果有人问起,请说您是我的朋友｡(虽然99%的情况下不会有人询问)
(14)带孩子入住的情况下,为了防止意外发生,请不要让他们靠近窗户或攀爬扶手
Your reservation guest count should be booked as the total guest(s), including all children, and any possible overnight guests. Any overnight stay of an affiliated guest will be considered as an additional guest during your stay, and should not exceed our stated limitation as it is strictly prohibited. An honor system is exercised on your end, or there will be a deduction from your security deposit as an additional guest fee for your entire stay.
--Check In and Check Out--
Check in after 16:00
Check out before 11:00, noon.
--Green--
Please turn off all lights and air-conditioner(AC) upon exiting the unit at all times. Any excessive use of electricity will be deducted from your security deposit at USD$10 per night during your entire stay.
--Common Courtesy--
Our property is located in a residential-only community, hence please lower your voice while in common spaces, such as the lobby, hallway and etc. No illegal and disruptive behaviors are permitted. Any complaints will result in immediate nonrefundable eviction.
--Non Smoking--
Our home is non-smoking. There is an outdoor patio onsite, so please smoke outside with the door closed. Any indoor smoking will be heavily penalized.
--Refundable Security Deposit--
Security deposit is collected on your credit card via agoda as a reserved amount, not charged. It is collected 24 hours before your check in, and it is fully refundable at guests' check-out after the apartment is returned in its original condition and when our house rules are abided.
