There r 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom,a equipped kitchen and a half pool view half city view balcony in the 68 sqm room. Perfect for 2-4 person, maximum for 5 person. 2 swimming pools and a modern gym on the Pth floor. Just 3 mins to MRT(Phra ram 9), central plaza grand Rama 9. The opposite side is fortune town, Tesco. Only 1 station to the train night market Close to RCA The first and the second floor of the condominium is a shopping mall, named Shoppes Grand Rama 9, almost have everything you need! 1st floor: 24 hours 7-11, Money Exchange, Bangkok Bank, Villa Market, Boots, Restaurants ( Thai food, Chinese food, Japanese food, Korean dessert, western food and cafe.) From Monday to Friday, there are mini bazaar in the middle area of the 1st floor, they sell different goods and food, sometimes, you can even see a show here. 2nd floor: Pharmacy ( the pharmacist could speak English, Chinese and Thai), Massage( before 13:00 have discount), Print shop, Hair Salon, Nail Salon, etc. Keep your voice low when you are in the public area, especially in the corridors. Please don't lock the bedrooms' doors! Because the keys were missing. I am not sure I could check the room before you check in, if the house keeper doesn't make the room clean, please let me know, I will ask her reclean the room for you. During your staying, you need to keep the room clean by yourself, if you need the clean service, will charge 500baht once without changing the beddings and towels, 700baht once including change all the beddings and towels for you. Each one could only use 1 bath towel, you can wash them with the washing machine, please don't use the bath towels clean the floor.
