This apartment, situated on Sukhumvit 31st Lane, accommodates up to 5 people and is conveniently located within a 15-minute walk to BTS Asoke Station, BTS Phrom Phong Station, and MRT Sukhumvit Station. It offers easy access to various city attractions such as Terminal21, Emquatier, and Benjasiri Park. Additionally, the area boasts supermarkets and other stores. All rooms are fully disinfected for guest safety.
-Check out time is strict. 600 Baht per hour will be imposed if you are late for check out
-STRICTLY NO SMOKING inside the property. Please ask for the smoking area.
-Please take off your shoes at the entrance.
-Please keep quiet during the night
-No musical instruments.
-Please turn off the lightings, and air conditioner when leaving the flat
-Please wash tableware / pans / pots after use
-No pets, drugs, or outsider guests.
-Please take a good care for the cleanliness in the room

The residents/unit owners/building management do some renovation and repair works in their unit or building from time to time. Since the noise and other inconvenience will be out of my control, please take caution when making bookings.
Free pick-up and drop off service are only for bookings made more than 48 hours from checkin and guests who sends the request more than 24 hours from pick-up time.
- Front desk and lobby are for residents/owners only.
Staying in the lobby is not allowed as the building management imposes penalty on this.
- Please seek assistance from me only. The condo is not a hotel. The front desk and lobby staff doesn't manage my rooms. I have my own staff who will assist you so please message me here on agoda first or contact my staff on the number given in the house guide if you have any concerns regarding check-in or anything about your stay.
