?Taxi, restaurants,7-11, drug stores, Money Exchangers, Pubs are all in a walking distance from the townhouse
?The house is spacious with 240 SQM area with 4 Bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms so suitable with large group/families
?The Townhouse is decorated in Thai style to host the guests from various countries who would like to get the feel of living in a Thai house.
*** Photos of passport or National ID (for Thai only) of all guests are required to be provided to the host before check-in.
❤️Early check in is always possible if there is no guests' check-out on the same day of new guests' check-in. However, if there is guests' check-out on the same day that the new guest will check in, new guests can leave the luggages at the house during the house cleaning after the guest's check-out.
❤️❤️We can help to reserve for a Van service for Airport pick-up/drop-off or travelling in Bangkok and nearby cities. Just let us know in advance.
❤️❤️❤️ The rental includes one time house cleaning and bed set change service upon check out; if you need additional service, there will be some charges, just let us know at least 3 days in advance.

- 1 Kitchen (in a separated room with a door to keep all smell and smoke inside) with an electric stove, a hood, a build-in oven, a 19 cubic ft refrigerator, a microwave, a rice cooker, a kettle, a toaster and kitchen untensils.

- 1 baby cott, 1 baby chair and 1 baby bathtub will be provided upon at least 1 week advance request.
- 1 Laundry room with 12kg washing machine and 10.5 kg Whirlpool cloth dryer.

- 1 smoking area (with chairs and hanging fan) at the garage
- Free Wifi 1 Gbps/500 Mbps at all 3 floors.

- Bedroom 1 is connected with Bedroom 2 and need to enter Bedroom 2 to access Bedroom 1
- Restroom 2 is inside the Bedroom 1
- Floor 3: Bedroom 3, Bedroom 4, Restroom 3
- Restroom 3 locates inside the Bedroom 3 and has 2 doors so Bedroom 4 can access to Restroom 3 as well.

1) Taxi/Motor Bike Taxi: Taxi/Motor Bike taxi stand are in a walking distance from the townhouse
2) By Car with 1 car parking at the garage and another one at the entrance of the Townhouse cluster.
3) By BTS: Stop at Nana BTS station and the distance from Nana BTS Station to townhouse is around 950m. (via Sukhumvit 4 and Sukhumvit 6). Can either walk for 10 - 15mins, take car taxi or motor bike taxi.
3) By Bus no.2, 25, 40, 48, 71, 501 , etc

SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE will be charged 200 USD as we need to clean all aircon right after you leave.
(Smoking area is provided at the garage)
SEPARATION OF THE KEY CARD AND KEYS always causes lost of keycard or key (the cost of card is 800baht/card and key is 200baht/key)
