Our place locates in the heart of BKK—Sathorn,7 min walk to BTS Chongnonsi. Three bedrooms are “Spring””Autumn”and “Winter". You may say'you miss out“Summer",well,i dont .. cos SUMMER is always out there.lol!:) My place has 6 Floors, over 300 sq.m,living room and 3 private bedrooms,dining room,rooftop sky-view garden. All the bedrooms has bathroom and large windows. You can use the kitchen to prepare deli and enjoy lazy time in the roofgarden. "Live in quite and walk into bustle anytime. The road of front door is under the BKK monitor system. #We have a dog golden retriever in the house. If you are not a dog person,we will keep it distance from you.plz dont worry. Guest access can use kitchen,rooftop garden,living room exclusively Guests can use the following area and facilities: 1.50 Sq M entrance living room with 65' LED TV and DVD ,tea set and other facilities. 2. All the facilities in the dining and living area in 3rd floor (Freezer, washing machine, microwave oven, induction stove, coffee machine and books in the bookshelf. 3. Free use in 2-layer rooftop garden of 100sqM. Enjoy the sky-view with your family and friends. 4. Projector and printer is available as prior request. During your stay If you need any help about accommodation or your trip in Thailand, we are happy to help you at any time.Im always there for our guests. However, I respect guest privacy so we will be there only if you need me. Our wish is to make sure you have a wonderful stay.:) Other things to note As the neighborhood are local families, please dont not make much noises during your stay, especially after 10PM. If you dont mind, the host will stay in their own area in the house. We will not brother you except do some cleaning or other services.
