But, If I am not free, I will leave the key with the reception and there is a manager named Tum. She will take care of you on site, help you with direction and recommend places or even book a tour or taxi service for you. Late check in after 6PM is not a problem at all, the key will be left with the security guard at the gate. Just come to him and show him the booking name. Other things to note - No smoking in a room--Or smoke at the balcony with a door SHUT! ---NO SMOKE IS ALLOWED INSIDE-- 3000 baht fine for violators - Be quiet after 10:00 pm -No making towels/bed sheet/quilt get stained -300 baht/towel"
