"This is a new decorated unit in a concept of enhancing guests to be expert in Bangkok. I provide Bangkok maps and must see site with my own taste on walls. The theme is an applied thai art which is the fusion of the world and the traditional thai art. It is located in the center of Bangkok. Only 10-15 mins walk to Lumphini MRT(subway) nearby Siam,Silom,Sukhumvit - thai chess,board games,darts,a blackboard - Free WIFI,daily cleaning,Coffee,bottles of water ---- A tour desk at the office --- The space This unit is highly decorated in a fusion of travelling in Bangkok art. Some wall provide Bangkok must see sights and my own advice. It is very unique and local. The balcony offers a stunning city view with greenery residence on the left and skyscrapers on the right. I provide games,Thai chess,darts,a blackboard for my guests to enjoy and have fun during their stay. ENJOY at the floor sitting game corner! The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, cutery and dishware. A kettle,a microwave,a fridge,2 stove burners are provided. Guest access All guests are accessible to a car park and a gym. Interaction with guests I like to bring up guests on my own if possible. But, If I am not free, I will leave the key with the reception and there is a manager named Tum. She will take care of you on site, help you with direction and recommend places or even book a tour or taxi service for you. Late check in after 6PM is not a problem at all, the key will be left with the security guard at the gate. Just come to him and show him the booking name. Other things to note -The apartment can accommodate 5 persons but depending on your group setup, the 5th person may have to sleep on the couch with provided extras such as pillow, blanket etc. - No smoking in a room--Or smoke at the balcony with a door SHUT! ---NO SMOKE IS ALLOWED INSIDE-- 3000 baht fine for violators - Be quiet after 10:00 pm -No making towels/bed sheet/quilt get stained -300 baht/towel"
