It is hard to get bored at this Yucharoen House. We have a pool table, board games, piano, and internet TV for you to enjoy during your downtime from activities in the city.

Best suited for small families, couples, or a group of friends who love to chill during a holiday as much as see the city itself.

Please follow our House Rules:
• Please turn off the Air conditioner in rooms that you don’t use to help save the planet (and more importantly our electricity bill ;p)
• No shoes in the house, please.
• Reduced noise hours: 22:00 - 7:00 (especially outside)
• Smoking in outdoor areas only.
• Please Clean up all cooking items after your cooking.
• Please don’t forget to close the gate and lock the doors when you leave the house.
• Only park in front of our house, not in other’s places.

The house is a newly-refurbished house that is unique in style. Designed with natural lighting in mind, you will enjoy the sunlight from any angle of the house. Rooms are air-conditioned, including the main living space, so don't worry about getting hot. :)

The designer gives a lot of space to common areas and gardens so everyone can interact with others the way they like.

The guests have access to the whole house. Enjoy the gardens, the living room, bedroom and more!

The house is in a quiet neighborhood at the heart of the new CBD. However, with a 3-5 minutes walk, you will reach a busier part of the street where there are lots and lots of local food to try. You will never be hungry. By the way, 7-11 Convenient store is literally 30 seconds away.

This house can park 1 car inside, and 2 more in front. So if you rent a car, there is no problem! On the other hand, you can also travel by MRT (Rama-9 Station) 5 minutes away by motorbike, costing about 20 baht. Overall, it's very easy to find this house and get around to major areas of Bangkok. However, just like everywhere else in inner Bangkok, the traffic is pretty bad in rush hours. Try to avoid those hours if possible.

Since we also rent this house as a shooting studio sometimes, we need to have a security camera in the common areas including the living room, the main hall, the garage, and the front of the house.

We would like to ask you to do only light cooking or delivery, to keep the food smell at a low level. (microwave, dryer). And please clean up after your stay.

We sometimes rent out our house as a shooting studio. That's why we need cameras (Sorry!). Locations: Living Room, Front of house, Garage, Stairs. The cameras are always on but we dont use it to spy any guests.
