Everything is new. Air-conditioning, refrigerator, 43" flat screen TV , bed, space of the room 30sqm, no kitchen, only kettle. Use key card to enter the building.
Rooftop can sit down and relax. Enjoy the views of Bangkok.

This is the Thai local living area. So you won't see many tourists. Street food are everywhere in this alley. Good taste and cheap. 40-50thb for 1 quick dish such as fried rice, noodles, rice top of any kind.
All majors shopping center such as MBK, Siam paragon, central world, Pratunam, Platinum mall is in the walking distance 10-20mins, nearest sky train is Ratchathewi stn. 5mins walk. Canal Boat pier is nearby. Easy to call taxi from the main road.
It's on 4th floor with stairs, no elevator.
