This is a newly renovated spacious room with 95 sqm and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and a kitchen. Located on the top floor, Thonglor tower condominium in soi Thonglor 18.

☆ 2 BEDROOMS ☆
There’re 2 bedrooms on the upper floor.
- Master Bedroom: King sized bed for 2 guests
- Second Bedroom : Queen sized bed for 2 guests
**1 Sofa bed in the living room for extra guest**
We also have good beddings and feather pillows.

☆ 2 BATHROOMS ☆
- The bathroom on the 1st floor comes with a rainy shower, sink and toilet.
- The bathroom on the 2nd floor comes with a bathtub, sink and toilet.
The bathrooms are cleaned frequently. Water heaters are available as well. We provide basic toiletries including towels, shampoo and shower gel but not toothpaste and toothbrush.

☆ LIVING ROOM ☆
We offer a spacious living room where we have a sofa bed, a Smart TV with Netflix (usage of your own account is required), Wifi with high-speed internet.

☆ KITCHEN ☆
The kitchen is equipped with basic electrical appliances such as a microwave, electric kettle, refrigerator and toaster. We also have cooking and dining utensils that can serve up to 4 people.

❤The housekeeper will clean the room before you check-in and replace the towel, bath towel, bed sheet, etc.❤

The swimming pool is located on the 9th floor. You can use it, but don’t converse with anyone. If someone asks, say that you're my friend.

▶ BTS: The condominium is located a bit further from BTS Thong Lo station on the Sukhumvit Line (1.7 km). I advise you to ride a taxi or motorcycle to the condo for 5 mins.

▶ Express Boats : There's a Khlong Saen Saep at the end of the alley.

▶ MRT and Airport Rail Link : All three of these options are easily accessible from the BTS system.

▶ Taxi: To return here, you can ask for “Thonglor Tower Soi thonglor 18”

⁕⁕⁕ Please do not contact anyone in the office of the condominium. If you have to contact them, please inform them that you are my friend and do not tell anyone about the agoda because according to the Thai laws and regulations, short-term rental is not legal
⁕ Please take off your shoes in the room
⁕ Please keep the room clean by yourself, expecially the kitchen. [We don't have free cleaning service during your stay. Extra cleaning service is 500 baht once if you need.]
⁕ Please be considerate and keep your noise level down after 11 PM
⁕ Please put out the trash bags in the garbage room beside the elevator
⁕ Please switch off all air conditioners and lights before going out for energy saving purposes
⁕ Strictly NO SMOKING, NO PARTYING and NO PETS in the premises
