The place is away from business downtown but easily reachable within a train ride. If you expect a location in the midst of the Bangkok city center, this is not a place for you. That would have a higher price tag.
*All confirmed guests must send me a photocopy of their passport. By law, TM30, I must notify the Thai immigration office when foreigners reside at my place. Thai Immigration is fining landlords who failed to report foreigners residing on their property. (Same as in hostels and hotels)
