This private pool villa is only 10 min from Hua Hin town centre. The villa has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a open plan living, dinning and fully equipped kitchen area and outside kitchen.
There is a nice big swimming pool, karaoke, pool table and has a BBQ. So the villa is set up perfectly for a holiday with friends or family!

Maid service can be booked trough us for 800 baht for half day (4 hours) or full day (8 hours) for 1500 baht, pr time.

Please note this is not a Party house and there is to be no noise outside from 10pm to 8am.

The rental price includes electricity for 400 baht pr. night. Usage over this amount will be charged at 6 baht pr. unit extra.
Electric meter will be read at check in and check out. In average, a group for this size villa uses about 400 baht per night depending mostly on Aircondition usage.

Option for extra beds, food delivery, massage and car or scooter rental are available through our service team every day at an additional charge.
